Siena AI is seeking a Product Manager, Core Agent Platform, to own the platform that powers our connected multi-agent stack. You’ll shape capabilities, measurement, testing and customer-facing visibility, working closely with engineering, deployment and customers. You’ll also prototype and ship features, not just plan them.

You’ll collaborate across teams to translate field insights into product decisions and help drive the next generation of AI-powered CX for consumer brands.

Competenze

• 3+ years as a PM in CX, ecommerce, helpdesk or AI automation.
• Technical fluency: explain webhooks, OAuth and integrations.
• AI-native builder using Claude, Cursor or v0.

Mansioni

• Own the core agent platform end to end, including roadmap and day-to-day decisions.
• Build evaluation, testing and monitoring systems to improve agent performance.
• Design and run structured experiments and AB tests across workflows.
• Provide customers visibility into agent performance.
• Prototype ideas with coding agents and ship them independently.
• Collaborate with customers and deployment to turn field learnings into product.
