Getnet Platforms in Madrid is seeking a Product Owner, Value-Added Payment Services to lead the payment orchestration initiatives and own the roadmaps for our value-added services.

You will manage a squad of 5 engineers, collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, Operations and Business stakeholders, and apply AI opportunities to improve routing and automation. The role is hybrid with 60% on-site in Madrid.

Qualifications

• > 5 years in Payments/FinTech/Banking or Financial Services.
• Experience leading development squads in Agile environments.
• Experience defining product roadmaps and service evolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a squad of 5 software engineers focused on payment orchestration capabilities.
• Own the functional vision, operational excellence and future roadmap of the payment services under your responsibility.
• Define and prioritize the product backlog in line with business objectives and customer needs.
