Getnet Platforms in Madrid is seeking a Product Owner to lead the product backlog and drive value across payments platforms. You will bridge business needs with technology, guide a large cross-functional team, and maintain alignment with stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in Agile/Scrum, strong backlog and requirements management, plus experience with Jira/Confluence and cloud technologies.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating business and technology stakeholders.
• Experience managing product backlogs, requirements and user stories.

Responsabilidades

• Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating business needs into clear requirements and user stories that deliver continuous value.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between business and technology teams to ensure effective product delivery and alignment.
• Guide a large team through servant leadership, fostering collaboration, accountability and delivery focus.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
• Coordinate product priorities, requirements and delivery plans across relevant teams.
• Protect the team from external issues and distractions, enabling focus on product delivery and business outcomes.
• Promote product reliability and continuously identify opportunities to strengthen the resilience of the product.
• Apply Agile and Scrum practices to support continuous improvement and effective product development.
