Amaris Consulting | Part of Mantu in Madrid is seeking an experienced Product Owner for banking and payments products. You will lead product roadmaps, manage stakeholder relationships, and translate business needs into actionable features in an Agile environment.

The role requires 5+ years’ experience, strong Jira/Confluence usage, and fluency in Spanish with good English. This hybrid position is based in Madrid with flexible policies and strong social benefits.

Formación

At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner in digital banking products.
Banking sector experience or exposure to Payments, Cards or Payment Methods.
Experience managing product roadmaps and stakeholder relationships.
Proficient with Agile/Scrum and backlog refinement.
Fluency in Spanish and good level of English.

Responsabilidades

Own and manage the product backlog, aligning with business priorities and customer needs.
Define product vision, strategy and roadmaps for payment-related solutions.
Collaborate with business, technology and operations to deliver features.
Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement and product reviews in Agile teams.
Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement while complying with standards.
