Lever, Inc. seeks a Product Owner (Recommendation Systems) based in Spain to own the post-purchase customer experience, focusing on activation, matching, relevance, and personalized recommendations in a remote, international, fast-moving product environment.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and data/ML teams to run experiments, define hypotheses, and drive measurable outcomes across discovery, segmentation, and personalization.

Formación

• Hands-on B2C product experience in activation and onboarding.
• Experience with discovery-driven products with large catalogs.
• Understanding of search, matching, and recommendation systems.
• Experience with segmentation and personalization.
• Experience in marketplaces or discovery-driven products.
• Proven ability to drive product delivery from idea through evaluation.

Responsabilidades

• Own the post-purchase journey focusing on activation and relevance.
• Optimize offer volume and recommendation quality.
• Improve relevance and trust in recommendations.
• Design engagement mechanics such as gamification and nudges.
• Run A/B tests and analyze results.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, analytics, and data/ML teams.
• Translate opportunities into testable hypotheses with metrics.
• Prioritize and deliver product requirements and timelines.
• Identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities using data and research.
• Adapt to fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
