Lever, Inc. is seeking a Senior SEO Specialist (SEO + GEO) to co-own organic growth across technical SEO, content optimization, and AI-driven search experiences.

This fully remote role collaborates with product, marketing, analytics, design, and engineering to translate data into growth opportunities. Based in Spain, you will shape how content is discovered and cited by AI search platforms, drive GEO initiatives, and own the SEO roadmap from audits to implementation, ensuring measurable impact

Formación

• 5+ years of SEO experience, ideally with ownership of the organic strategy for a B2B SaaS website.
• Deep technical SEO expertise across crawlability, indexation, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and site architecture.
• Hands-on experience with SEO platforms such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and GA4.
• Experience with AI-visibility platforms such as Otterly, Profound, or similar tools.
• GEO/AEO experience with content optimization for AI Overviews or LLM citations and measurable results.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with content, product marketing, analytics, design, and engineering.
• Data-driven approach to identifying SEO opportunities and connecting organic performance to paying customers.

Responsabilidades

• Own technical SEO strategy and execution for the company’s web presence.
• Conduct regular technical SEO audits with Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and GA4.
• Develop content architecture and internal linking for topical authority.
• Own keyword research and translate GEO intent into content briefs.
• Collaborate with content teams on editorial strategy and topic clusters.
• Establish quality, accuracy, and trust standards for content.
• Optimize content for AI Overviews and GEO-related search experiences.
• Build Generative Engine Optimization strategy for AI search platforms.
• Track AI visibility and share of voice across core categories.
• Monitor backlink health and off-page signals.
• Present SEO performance and strategic recommendations to marketing leadership.
