Roche invites a seasoned professional to join as Product Operations Lead (POL) within Roche Informatics (RIS) in Sant Cugat del Vallès. You will bridge strategy and execution across Life Cycle, ensure a single source of truth for investments and capacity, and enable operating model adoption while reducing friction for product teams.

The role requires 7+ years in diagnostics or related fields, strong program management, and fluency in English. Travel 5–15% is expected.

Competenze

7+ years in Diagnostics, Life Sciences, or related fields in PM, product operations, or similar functions.
Scientific, engineering, or business background with a strong operational mindset.
Deep understanding of lifecycle management, product development, and portfolio environments.
Experience working with cross-functional teams to connect strategy with execution.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to create structure without direction.
Familiarity with Planisware, Jira, MS Office, G-Suite; Orion/Trello a plus.
Fluent in English (verbal and written).
Willingness to travel 5–15%.
