A global language services company in Barcelona is seeking an experienced product manager to lead technology initiatives in the life sciences sector. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in product management, particularly within pharma or biotech, with deep knowledge of technology ecosystems. Responsibilities include developing strategic roadmaps, collaborating across teams, and representing client needs. Candidates should be adept in Agile methodologies and possess excellent communication skills.

Formación

• 5–10+ years of experience in product management or strategic consulting roles in Life Sciences.
• Demonstrated experience in developing strategic product roadmaps.
• Deep understanding of life sciences technology ecosystem, including CTMS, EDC, and eTMF systems.

Responsabilidades

• Represent life sciences clients' needs across all technology initiatives.
• Conduct market intelligence to translate into actionable product opportunities.
• Develop a technology strategy roadmap aligned with business goals.

Conocimientos

Collaboration with engineering, UX, and product managers

Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strategic mindset with execution orientation
