Roche in Madrid seeks an Executive Leader to drive Digital, Data, AI and Operational Excellence across Pharma Technical Operations. You will shape enterprise-wide strategy, oversee governance and change management, and build a high-performing organization.

Reporting to the Global Head of Digital and OE, you will guide cross-functional teams, lead PMOs and capability-building programs, and foster a culture of innovation and accountability to deliver transformative outcomes.

Qualificações

• We require an Executive Leader with deep business acumen and enterprise strategy experience.
• Proven track record shaping organization-wide transformations in regulated industries.
• Strong ability to influence senior leadership and drive change without formal authority.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead the Digital/Technology and OE strategy across PT.
• Oversee governance, OCM, and project/program management for global initiatives.
• Build AcademyX and capability-building programs across the organization.
• Lead administration for PTE and ensure leadership support efficiency.
