Roche Informatics (RIS) is seeking a Product Operations Lead to act as the operational backbone of the Life Cycle, ensuring strategy translates into execution across portfolio management, business operations, and product teams.

You will maintain a single source of truth for investments, capacity, and risks, enabling autonomous teams while providing executive visibility with minimal overhead. Travel 5–15% is anticipated.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Diagnostics, Life Sciences, or related fields in project management, product operations, or related functions.
• Scientific, engineering, or business background with an operational mindset.
• Deep understanding of lifecycle management, product development, and portfolio complexity.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to connect strategy to execution.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to bring structure.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Willingness to travel 5–15%.

Responsabilités

• Ensure strategic traceability across the Life Cycle.
• Maintain a clean link between Portfolio and Life Cycle objectives, cascading strategic context to product groups.
• Enable empowered teams to make autonomous decisions with alignment and context.
• Establish frameworks for measuring business outcomes spanning strategy to product epics.
• Be the single source of truth for Life Cycle investments, capacity and risks.
• Provide executive visibility by absorbing ad-hoc reporting requests.
• Maintain consistency across execution systems (Jira, Orion, Monday.Com).
• Drive operational flow and reduce friction.
