HBX Group, a leading travel tech partner, is seeking a Product Marketing Executive for a maternity cover contract. The role is full-time on-site in Palma/Mallorca, collaborating across Product, Commercial, Marketing, Design and Enablement teams to drive product adoption and go-to-market success.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in Product Marketing or related fields and excels in content creation, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• 2–5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Product Operations, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience supporting product launches and go-to-market initiatives.
• Strong content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills with ability to translate concepts into messaging.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Create, maintain, and update product marketing materials for launches and quarterly updates.
• Develop customer-facing and sales enablement content to communicate product value.
• Manage Productboard, capturing feedback and feature requests.
• Coordinate quarterly product updates with Product teams on go-to-market activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver projects on time.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to support positioning.
