Job summary

Silae Spain is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to bridge product, market, and the commercial team. You will lead end-to-end GTM for new products and releases, build clear positioning against competitors, and ensure teams have resources to position our solutions effectively.

You will own launch execution, gather market insights, and collaborate with the France group to tailor offerings for Spain. A strategic role with remote work options and strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Plan and execute end-to-end product launches with measurable impact on pipeline, adoption or revenue.
• Research the market, analyze competitors, and translate insights into clear positioning and messaging.
• Create tools and content to help the sales team win.
• Strong writing and presentation skills; simplify complex products into compelling value messages.
• Collaborate across teams without direct authority to drive alignment and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end GTM plans for new products, modules, and releases.
• Own launch execution, track milestones, and mitigate risks to meet deadlines.
• Define positioning, messaging, and buyer personas for each solution and segment.
• Develop sales enablement materials such as presentations, battlecards, and ROI arguments.
• Collaborate with groups in France to adapt solutions to the Spanish market.
