Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Product Manager to coordinate connectivity onboarding, configuration, and ongoing partner integration within the Distribution ecosystem. You will work with senior product managers to execute a roadmap and ensure seamless integration across third-party partners.

The role requires 6+ years in travel distribution/product management and strong skills in API integrations, data modeling, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in travel distribution and product management with GDS/OTA exposure.
• Experience coordinating end-to-end partner integration (requirements, testing, launch, support).
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute product strategy aligned to Distribution and leadership direction.
• Evaluate onboarding performance and provide technical insights for improvements.
• Drive partner onboarding and integration delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Document connectivity requirements and support ongoing enhancements.
• Measure performance, diagnose drivers, and enable connectivity operations.
