IBS Software is seeking a Director of Product Management for the Hospitality line. You will lead the CRS product strategy, drive differentiation for iStay, and manage a team of Product Managers and Product Owners.

• Deep hospitality domain expertise and hotel ops knowledge.
• Proven SaaS product management track record.
• Fluent in English and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the CRS Product business strategy and roadmap.
• Build market differentiation for IBS iStay product suite (eCommerce/CRS/Call Center/Booking Engine).
• Lead a team of Product Managers and Product Owners.
• Apply AI-driven design to hospitality tech that improves guest experience and operations.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Customer Success to execute strategy.
• Engage in market and competitive analysis to identify gaps and needs.
• Support sales/marketing with GTM strategies and RFP responses.
