The role is remote from Spain, with a 36-hour workweek and an international, fast-paced environment across Europe and Asia.
Formación
- 8+ years in Product Management with 4+ years in B2B tech
- 3+ years hands-on experience with API integrations
- Proven track record leading complex B2B initiatives
- Experience negotiating with technology vendors or channel partners
- Strong technical acumen: API architectures, system integrations, data flows
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Analytical mindset with SQL and BI tools
- Experience with hotel distribution tech (channel managers, GDS, OTA integrations, PMS)
Responsabilidades
- Mentor and develop 2–3 product team members, fostering innovation and customer-centricity
- Define, own, and communicate a 12–18 month product roadmap for Global Hotel’s distribution platform
- Lead discovery processes with channel manager partners and internal stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications with engineering
- Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of partner-facing and internal tools
- Ensure the integrations are scalable and reliable across data flows
