Amadeus Hospitality seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the PMS connectivity initiative, driving integrations with PMS, RMS, and third-party systems. You will articulate value propositions, define product strategy, and align with stakeholders on roadmaps and releases.

The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years of travel/hospitality product development experience, deep PMS/CRS knowledge, and strong communication skills to lead cross-functional teams and partnerships.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience.
• 5 to 7 years progressive work related experience with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines/processes related to the position including travel industry experience, hospitality distribution, system connectivity, and product development experience.
• An excellent knowledge of the hotel distribution landscape and CRS/PMS connectivity and concepts including central reservation systems (CRS), global distribution systems (GDS), online travel agencies (OTA), property management systems (PMS), revenue management systems (RMS), Payment systems, content distribution, channel management
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing; read and interpret JSON and XML schemas; Open Travel Alliance XML schema & HTNG usage profiles; Deep functional and technical expertise in leading PMS used across the hospitality industry.

Responsabilidades

• Articulate & Develop value propositions and key messages corresponding to problem statements, and articulate them into new product concepts or upgrades.
• Define the product strategy, vision & the business value in line with the business owners and other relevant stakeholders.
• Analyze solution offerings of competitors and define the strategic positioning of the product in alignment with Product Marketing Management.
• Manage 3rd party partnerships: requirement definition and prioritization, coordination of product evolution and other activities with the partner.
• Embark Amadeus teams on product vision, share product knowledge and ensure mutual understanding of the business.
• Drive co-innovation with customers to validate customer value drivers, define features of the products (MVP and beyond), and prioritize based on effort and expected business value.
• Define and manage product roadmap; socialize and align timelines with relevant stakeholders.
• Work closely with Product Marketing Management, Operations and R&D teams to define priorities and releasing plan for new products or upgrades.
