WorkFlex is seeking a Product Manager with a strategic vision to position WorkFlex as the global cross-border mobility platform. You will lead product development and craft the roadmap alongside the WorkFlex founder team.

Collaborate with management, sales, and design; own vision, discovery, GTM alignment, and stakeholder management. You will leverage AI to optimize the product and customer journeys, driving growth in a fast-paced, remote‑first environment.

Formación

• 4+ years of proven experience in product management within the tech industry.
• Experience with HRIS or travel tech products is a strong plus.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills with delivery focus.
• Customer-centric and data-driven approach to product opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Own vision, strategy, and implementation of your team’s products.
• Discover customer needs and translate insights into improvements.
• Lead go-to-market alignment with management, sales, and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, developers, UI/UX, founders, and customers.
• Leverage AI technologies to enhance the product and processes.
• Collaborate with designers to turn strategy into compelling UX.
