Ищем продакт-менеджера с 2–4 годами опыта и знанием SaaS, который будет разрабатывать стратегии, работать с аналитикой данных и сотрудничать с командами дизайна, инженерии и маркетинга. Готовность к гибридному режиму и relocation предусмотрены.

Formación

• Высшее образование в области Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing или смежной области.
• 2–4 года опыта в продакт-менеджменте, желательно в SaaS/технологиях.
• Умение управлять сложными проектами и расставлять приоритеты.
• Знание Google BigQuery, Amplitude, JIRA или аналогичных инструментов.
• Опыт работы с Agile и Scrum.
• Сильные аналитические навыки и способность использовать данные для принятия решений.
• Умение понимать технические требования и эффективно взаимодействовать с командами разработки.

Responsabilidades

• Разрабатывать и реализовывать продуктовые стратегии, согласованные с целями бизнеса и потребностями клиентов.
• Использовать аналитические данные для принятия решений и выявления областей для улучшения продукта.
• Сотрудничать с дизайном, инженерией, маркетингом и другими командами для выпуска качественных функций.
• Собирать отзывы пользователей и заинтересованных сторон для улучшения опыта продукта.
• Контролировать полный цикл разработки продукта, обеспечивая своевременную поставку и высокие стандарты.
• Регулярно информировать стейкхолдеров о прогрессе и приоритетах, выравнивая команды.
• Формировать функции, используемые тысячами клиентов, в рамках европейской продуктовой разработки JOIN.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions


• Ability to understand and define technical requirements and collaborate effectively with engineering teams


• Proactive, collaborative mindset with a drive to create impactful products
