Payments Product Sales Specialist – Madrid

Job summary

Uplift People Consulting is seeking a Product Sales Specialist in Madrid, Spain to act as the product expert for a global payments solution. You will partner with Sales to translate complex payment capabilities into clear customer value across Finance/Treasury and Media/Marketing use cases.

You will own a product portfolio revenue target, support GTM efforts across Europe, and collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and external partners to ensure commercial readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in product sales, solution sales, sales engineering or a customer-facing product role within fintech/payments.
• Strong experience in card issuing, commercial cards, FX, card acquiring, e‑commerce payments, B2B payments and/or embedded finance.
• Good understanding of corporate Finance and Treasury processes, including ERP/TMS environments, reconciliation and accounting flows.
• Ability to engage credibly with Finance/Treasury decision makers and Media/Marketing stakeholders.
• Strong presentation and product demonstration skills, with the ability to simplify complex payment propositions.

Responsibilities

• Act as customer-facing subject-matter expert for card issuing, commercial cards, embedded finance, FX and payments solutions.
• Engage with Finance/Treasury decision makers on spend management, liquidity and controls.
• Engage with Media/Marketing stakeholders on advertising use cases and media buying.
• Join Sales from discovery through proposal to closing, bringing payments expertise.
• Deliver product demonstrations and translate capabilities into customer value.
• Support pricing and commercial structuring within framework set by Product Lead.
