Требуются 5+ лет опыта в PM в финтех, опыт работы с банковскими архитектурами, способность объяснять сложные концепции исполнительному руководству, а также навыки ведения внешних поставщиков.

Formación

• Требуется 5+ лет опыта в управлении продуктами, предпочтительно в FinTech, банковской среде или у поставщика ядра банковского ПО.
• Понимание банковских архитектур, архитектурных фреймворков и API-ориентированных продуктов.

Responsabilidades

N26 is a digital banking company that provides a global banking platform without physical branches, paperwork, or hidden fees. Its technology and design support an elegant digital banking experience and financial products for customers across Europe.

Задачи

• Drive the strategic implementation and seamless integration of N26’s next-generation Core Banking engine within its global architecture
• Architect platform requirements that balance core banking processes, compliance and regulatory environments, and long-term operational efficiency
• Own the platform roadmap end-to-end, shape the product vision, identify market and technical opportunities, and make prioritization decisions
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to define team goals, manage dependencies, and drive collective success
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, product, and design teams to elevate N26’s core banking infrastructure
• Formulate the build-buy-partner strategy, evaluate enterprise banking engines, and embed the chosen solution into the broader technical ecosystem
• Coordinate launch readiness across local market teams, legal, compliance, operations, and engineering

Требования

• 5+ Years of Product Management experience, ideally in FinTech, a tier-1/2 banking environment, or with a core banking software provider
• Strong hands-on experience with banking or payments architecture frameworks, ledger systems, and designing robust API-driven products
• High AI literacy and a track record of using AI tools to optimize product discovery, documentation, and operational workflows
• University degree in STEM, Business, or Economics
• Autonomous, adaptive, and entrepreneurial approach with a drive for structural innovation
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical banking concepts to executive stakeholders
• Proven experience managing enterprise third-party vendors and complex external provider relationships
• Deep familiarity with modern technology stacks, infrastructure scalability, databases, and system dependencies
• Nice to have: MBA, Master’s, or equivalent advanced technical degree
