Responsabilidades

• Руководить стратегией безопасности продукта в портфеле продуктов N26.
• Направлять инженеров в создании безопасных продуктов и сервисов по микросервисам, мобильным приложениям и AI-решениям.
• Давать наставничество инженерам и security-чемпиону в командах разработки.
• Проводить проектирование безопасности приложений, моделирование угроз и обзоры кода.
• Проводить тестирование на проникновение внутри и снаружи систем и сервисов.
• Разрабатывать инструменты SSDLC и автоматизацию процессов безопасной доставки функций.
• Менторить и обучать команды безопасному программированию и практикам разработки.
• Помогать командам идентифицировать и устранять уязвимости до продакшна.
• Возглавлять реагирование на инциденты при срабатывании угроз.
• Изучать новые способы атак на технологии AI, датапайплайны и LLM-системы.
• Укреплять программу Product Security и давать стратегические рекомендации инженерным командам.

• Drive the product security strategy across N26's diverse product portfolio;
• Guide software engineers in building secure products and services across microservices, mobile applications, and AI-driven solutions;
• Serve as a technical leader and mentor for engineering teams and security champions;
• Perform application security design reviews, threat modeling, and code reviews;
• Conduct penetration testing of internal and external applications and services;
• Develop advanced tooling for the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC);
• Build automation frameworks that enable secure feature delivery;
• Mentor and educate engineering teams on secure coding and development practices;
• Help engineering teams identify and remediate vulnerabilities before production;
• Lead reactive incident response when security events occur;
• Research new attack vectors targeting AI technologies, data pipelines, and LLM-based systems;
• Enhance the Product Security Program and provide strategic guidance to engineering teams.

Требования

• Expert software engineering skills in one or more general-purpose programming languages, such as Python or Go;
• Extensive experience with threat modeling, security testing, and application analysis;
• Experience securing Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLM);
• Experience building automation for the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC);
• Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC);
• Strong knowledge of cloud and networking security, web application security, and mobile security;
• Strong understanding of microservice architectures and scalable cloud software;
• Ability to identify software flaws and implement practical security solutions;
• Expertise in static and dynamic code analysis, fuzzing, and vulnerability identification techniques;
• Solid knowledge of secure coding practices and security standards, including the OWASP Top 10;
• Ability to balance security risks with product innovation and advancement;
• Passion for information security and evolving threats.
