Responsabilidades

• Разрабатывать и доказывать базовые шаблоны, позволяющие AI-агентам полноценно завершать инженерную работу.
• Упаковывать проверенные рабочих процессов для широкой команды.
• Строить распределенный уровень публикации и захвата AI-возможностей.
• Интегрировать AI-агентов с внутренними инженерными системами (issue trackers, code review, CI).
• Обеспечивать возможность инженерам самостоятельно строить AI-пайплайны.

N26 has reimagined banking for today's digital world by building a global digital banking platform. Its technology and design enable an elegant digital experience without physical branches, paperwork, and hidden fees.

Задачи:

• Design and prove core patterns that let AI agents complete engineering work from start to finish, including context engineering, memory, and gated plans
• Package proven agentic workflows so any team can adopt them
• Build the distribution layer that lets teams publish and pick up AI capabilities independently
• Build integrations between AI agents and internal engineering systems, including issue trackers, code review, and CI
• Enable engineers to build similar AI-powered workflows themselves
• Identify recurring engineering problems and turn them into repeatable solutions
• Define and document responsible AI usage standards, guardrails, and practices for N26 engineers
• Track AI usage, costs, and business impact across N26
• Use measurement data to guide future platform development

Требования:

• Identify gaps, propose solutions, and ship independently
• Write clean, maintainable code and learn new languages quickly
• Think in multipliers and build tools that remove repeated manual work
• Experience building or operating internal developer platforms, plugin registries, CI/CD integrations, package distribution, or configuration management
• Use AI coding tools daily, such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot
• Experience with GitOps and DevOps
• Explain complex systems clearly to engineers and non-technical stakeholders
• Nice to have: Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions or AWS
