N26 is a digital banking platform that provides an elegant online banking experience without physical branches, paperwork, or hidden fees. The company operates across Europe and serves millions of customers through technology and design.

Задачи

• Own a problem space focused on automation and cost-to-serve
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort, support contacts, and operational friction
• Drive down customer service contacts through agentic AI and automate back-office workflows such as dispute and chargeback handling
• Partner with stakeholders across N26 to define team goals and drive successful outcomes
• Identify pain points and opportunities, brainstorm solutions, and improve customer experiences
• Work with product managers, designers, and engineers to make operationally heavy journeys faster and cheaper to run
• Partner with Customer Service, Operations, Fraud, Compliance, and AI/automation teams to translate operational needs into scalable products
• Balance automation and efficiency with customer experience, risk, and regulatory requirements
• Ensure successful product rollouts with local market teams, Operations, Compliance, and Engineering
• Use SQL to measure impact and track results

Требования

• 3+ Years of Product Management experience, ideally in FinTech, banking, cards products, or a similar environment
• Strong focus on automation and efficiency, with an understanding of where technology can replace manual effort
• Interest in or exposure to AI/agentic automation for customer support and operations
• Experience with card networks such as VISA, AMEX, or Mastercard, or card processors
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including familiarity with SQL
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong understanding of agile product development and delivery
• Experience working with highly engaged third-party providers
• Nice to have: MBA, MS, or equivalent
