Finmid is seeking a Product leader to own the end-to-end funnel, pricing, and expansion across Europe. You will translate company strategy into a product roadmap with six-month horizons and six-week cycles, collaborating with Risk, Finance, partners, and engineers to move from problem to measurable results.

You will drive platform onboarding, pricing architecture, and market expansion, owning the roadmap and data-driven decision making.

Formación

• 5–8 years in product with ownership of funnel or conversion metrics.
• Proven track record moving funnels via experiments, with outcomes.
• Experience pricing in a product context, not just credit modelling.
• Experience launching products into new markets or segments with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own the funnel end-to-end: eligibility, acceptance, payout, renewal and metrics.
• Turn company strategy into product strategy with six-month horizons, six-week blocks.
• Own expansion to new platforms, countries and use cases.
• Own pricing: structure, tests, and results.
• Be the front door for Commercial, ops and platform partners to enable the team.
• Set the bar for discovery and delivery; ensure work starts from a real problem and ends with measurable outcomes.
• Gather data from the platform, public register, or merchant, in that order.
