Finom is a European fintech company expanding across key EU markets. We are hiring a Principal PM to own the Finom AI roadmap, guiding AI-native product experiences and product strategy in a dynamic, regulated fintech environment.

Formación

• Principal/Lead PM with AI/ML product experience.
• Able to discuss feasibility with AI engineers.
• Experience shipping AI-native fintech products.
• Strong prototyping and experimentation mindset.
• Ability to balance speed with regulatory fintech requirements.
• Commercial mindset supported by data-driven rationale.

Responsabilidades

• Set vision and roadmap for AI-native experiences across the platform.
• Collaborate with AI engineers as a technical peer to assess feasibility and trade-offs.
• Prototype quickly to learn and iterate, not perfect the first time.
• Find creative paths to outcomes when obstacles arise.
• Balance fast iteration with fintech regulatory rigor.
• Build a defendable commercial case using measurable metrics.
