Moniepoint, Africa’s leading fintech platform, is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own end-to-end product delivery in a fast-moving environment. You will work with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to drive outcomes aligned with company OKRs and customer needs.

The role demands strong analytical skills, technical fluency, and a proven ability to turn ambiguity into actionable plans while maintaining high product quality and execution excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent.
• 8+ years in technology companies, including 5+ years owning and driving products end-to-end.
• Track record of delivering measurable outcomes tied to OKRs.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive outcomes anchored in metrics and aligned with company OKRs.
• Maintain a roadmap balancing near- and long-term priorities with growth levers and regulatory needs.
