Powens, a Barcelona-based fintech platform, seeks a Senior Product Manager to bridge strategy and execution. You will drive the product scope with customers, business goals, and technical feasibility, reporting to the CPTO, and leading squads and Product Owners.

Formación

• 7+ years in Product Management, fintech SaaS or Proptech
• Experience leading product professionals (2+ years)
• Strong software development methodology knowledge and prioritization
• Ability to drive data-driven discovery and delivery
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish

Responsabilidades

• Define and communicate a 1–2 year product roadmap aligned with stakeholders
• Develop deep understanding of customer behavior through discovery and analysis
• Maintain transparent link between squads and stakeholders; enable autonomy
• Support go-to-market with value proposition and training materials
• Directly manage 1–2 Product Owners; set objectives and track KPIs
• Establish a recognized PM posture and drive cross-functional alignment
