Roc360, a financial services and asset management platform for residential property investors, is hiring a Product Manager in Madrid. This hybrid role reports to a Director of Product and focuses on defining and delivering product features, supporting partner integrations, and monetization efforts.

You will gather requirements from Roc360's business partners, maintain a prioritized backlog, and own sprint tickets, collaborating with engineering, design, and data teams across time zones.

Formación

• 3–5 years of product management experience in SaaS, fintech, marketplace, or analytics-driven environments.
• Fluent, professional-level English with strong documentation instincts; daily collaboration with a U.S.-based team.
• Ability to work independently across time zones with overlap to New York business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Define and deliver product features and support partner integrations and monetization.
• Gather requirements from business partners and develop workflows for sourcing, underwriting, and deal management.
• Represent user and partner needs in roadmap planning; maintain a prioritized backlog and write clear tickets with acceptance criteria.
