Job summary

Copyright Clearance Center (CCC) is seeking a Product Manager to drive the full product lifecycle from discovery to post-release support. You will collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA to communicate user stories and define requirements.

The role emphasizes market research, roadmap management, and cross-functional leadership, with a compensation range of 47,000€ to 60,000€ and a performance bonus eligible. Travel 10-15% is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years professional experience in product management.
• 2-3 years’ experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar position with a software team.
• Proficient in communication to technical and non-technical staff with strong presentation skills.
• Proficient in JIRA, Google Drive / Docs / Slides / Sheets.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and online conferencing (Zoom / MS Teams).
• Background in knowledge management, analytics, data science, or B2B products is a plus.
• Willingness to travel (10-15%).
• Willingness to experiment with AI in Product Management tasks.

Responsibilities

• Discover problems by understanding client/buyer business problems and end-user needs.
• Market validation by aligning value proposition to buyer personas and collecting feedback.
• Define requirements, design user flows, and specify high-level behavior for new features.
• Maintain product roadmap and communicate plans, priorities, and milestones.
• Define, track, and report on key product metrics like sales, usability, and uptake.
• Build relationships with industry experts, partners, and thought leaders in relevant markets.
• Support continuous improvement of the Product Management function and recruitment activities.
• May be accountable for other results and activities as assigned.
