Telgea, based in Barcelona, is seeking a Product engineer to own projects end to end from scope to production and launch. You will use AI tools to design and implement solutions that integrate with the core platform while working with the engineering team.
This on-site role requires 3+ years as a full stack engineer and 1+ year with product management, with strong API design, data modeling, and code review skills.

Our Product team is one unit turning problems into deployed solutions. The team consist of product managers that all have a background as engineers turned product manager also called Product Engineers.
As a Product engineer you'll own projects from end to end defining the scope, building the solution, and taking it through to production and launch. Some projects will stand on their own and others will be designed to integrate into the core platform and hand off cleanly to the teams who'll maintain them long-term.
This is an AI-native team. You'll use AI as your primary builder tool, enabling a small group to take on large bodies of work independently and execute on them fast. Your focus is on defining what to build, designing what done looks like, and ensuring everything that ships is correct, secure, and built to last.

We support flexibility where it makes sense. Some focused work can be done remotely, and not every role or week looks the same. You should expect regular time in our office at Norrsken House, as well as occasional travel for our bi-annual company off-site.

Start date is in November.
Salary range: €40,000 - €80,000.
