Job summary

Telgea, based in Barcelona, is seeking a Product engineer to own projects end to end from scope to production and launch. You will use AI tools to design and implement solutions that integrate with the core platform while working with the engineering team.

This on-site role requires 3+ years as a full stack engineer and 1+ year with product management, with strong API design, data modeling, and code review skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a full stack engineer.
• 1+ years working with product management with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong fundamentals in system design, APIs, and data modeling.
• Excellent ability to review code for defects and security.
• Experience with AI development tools (Claude Code, etc.).
• Strong product judgment and autonomous work style.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Based in Barcelona, able to go to the office at Norrsken House at least 3 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Own self-contained projects end to end from scope to production deployment.
• Translate requirements from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders into clear technical plans.
• Use AI coding tools to handle the bulk of implementation architecture, integrations, and feature development across a broad range of work.
• Review, test, and validate everything you ship for correctness, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Coordinate closely with the core engineering team on projects that will integrate into or hand off to the main platform.
