Vodafone Spain is seeking a Product Enablement Operations Manager to lead the planning and delivery of short- and long-term initiatives within Product Enablement.

You will partner with the Head of Product Enablement and senior leaders to prepare reports, coordinate priorities, and drive improvements across the team while ensuring alignment with VB and VBG P&S goals.

Hybrid working model with extensive stakeholder engagement and opportunities for professional growth across Markets and VB functions.

• Coordinate short- and long-term initiatives to meet Team KPIs.
• Support reporting demands for VBG P&S, ELT and ExCo.
• Drive improvements across Product Enablement in reporting, planning, and investments.
• Organize Leadership Team meetings and cross-functional sessions.
• Align Product Enablement priorities with Markets and VB functions.
