Redpin is seeking a Product Designer II to improve discovery and delivery, working with Product Managers and Engineers to validate journeys and evolve the design system toward practical, scalable usage across product teams.

You will lead UX research, create high‑fidelity prototypes, and balance user needs with business goals while contributing to a cohesive experience across complex journeys.
