Huspy is hiring a Product Designer to own the user experience from start to finish, working closely with engineering and product teams. You will conduct research, iterate rapidly, and ship high-impact features that delight real users.

We value a strong portfolio, branding expertise, and system design knowledge, plus the ability to manage multiple projects while keeping a clear focus on user needs and business goals.

Formación

• 4+ years of UX/UI design experience across web, apps, dashboards, and B2B/B2C products.
• Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate to validate concepts.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design leadership and launches.
• Exceptional UI design skills with pixel-perfect attention.
• Branding experience to enhance product identity.
• Experience with design systems and Figma.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Customer obsession with delivering wow moments.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end UX from ideation to implementation.
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers and Product Managers.
• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and contextual studies.
• Deliver high-impact features quickly and effectively.
• Measure design impact using user feedback and analytics.
• Align design decisions with business goals and communicate value.
