Jobtailor is seeking a product/UX designer to define problems through lightweight research and direct customer conversations. You will own end-to-end UX flows from journey maps to high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, while maintaining a scalable design system and tokens.

You will run usability tests, build AI-assisted prototypes, and ship rapid experiments to validate ideas. You will present to C-level and stakeholders with clear rationale, participate in sprint planning, and document decisions

Formación

• Experience running interviews, usability tests, and syntheses into design decisions.
• Ability to move between strategy and execution to shipping artefacts.
• Strong written and verbal communication, comfortable presenting to non-technical audiences.
• Experience designing for multiple European markets or multi-locale products.
• Familiarity with mobile-first design (iOS/Android conventions).
• Background in mobility, automotive, or marketplace products (nice to have).

• Document product decisions and design rationale for async teams.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years in a product, UX, or product design role ideally in B2C tech or a marketplace
• Sharp product instincts: you ask 'why' before 'what' and 'how'
• User research skills: you can run interviews, usability tests, and synthesize findings into clear design and product decisions
• Ability to move fluidly between strategy (problem framing) and execution (shipping artefacts)
• Clear communicator written and verbal, comfortable presenting to non-technical audiences
• A proactive, ownership-driven approach to your work
• Strong Figma skills: components, auto-layout, interactive prototypes, design systems (nice to have)
• Experience with AI-assisted prototyping tools (Claude Design or similar) (nice to have)
• Background in mobility, automotive, or marketplace products (nice to have)
• Familiarity with mobile-first design (iOS/Android conventions) (nice to have)
• Basic understanding of APIs or component-driven development (nice to have)
• Experience designing for multiple European markets or multi-locale products (nice to have)
