Spendesk is hiring a Product Designer to shape the future of its product experience with a focus on AI-powered and automation-driven workflows. You’ll own design work from problem definition through delivery, collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other designers, and help evolve Spendesk’s design system to scale across teams.

You’ll contribute to discovery, design, validation, and implementation, using qualitative and quantitative evidence to inform decisions and improve the product

Formación

• Three or more years of experience designing digital products in cross‑functional product teams.
• Experience autonomously owning design work from problem definition through delivery and iteration.
• Strong interaction design and information architecture skills for complex workflows or data-heavy experiences.
• Good product thinking connecting user needs, product goals, business context, and technical constraints.
• Experience conducting user research and validating solutions with users.
• Hands‑on experience building or evolving a comprehensive design system with reusable components, documentation, governance, and adoption.

Responsabilidades

• Own end‑to‑end design work within your product area, from problem definition through delivery and iteration.
• Build a strong understanding of users, workflows, product context, and business/technical constraints.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to clarify problems, goals, assumptions, and success measures.
• Conduct user research and validation to inform design decisions and reduce uncertainty.
• Explore multiple solutions, evaluate trade‑offs, and communicate clear rationale behind decisions.
• Design intuitive, accessible, and consistent workflows that simplify complex financial and operational tasks.
• Help evolve the design system across components, patterns, documentation, contribution models, governance, and adoption processes.
• Use customer feedback and product data to evaluate outcomes, iterate on solutions, and share knowledge with the wider design team.
