Jobtailor is seeking a product/UX designer to define problems through lightweight research and direct customer conversations. You will own end-to-end UX flows from journey maps to high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, while maintaining a scalable design system and tokens.

You will run usability tests, build AI-assisted prototypes, and ship rapid experiments to validate ideas. You will present to C-level and stakeholders with clear rationale, participate in sprint planning, and document decisions

Formación

• Experience running interviews, usability tests, and syntheses into design decisions.
• Ability to move between strategy and execution to shipping artefacts.
• Strong written and verbal communication, comfortable presenting to non-technical audiences.
• Experience designing for multiple European markets or multi-locale products.
• Familiarity with mobile-first design (iOS/Android conventions).
• Background in mobility, automotive, or marketplace products (nice to have).

Responsabilidades

• Define user problems through lightweight research, analytics, and direct customer conversations.
• Write clear product briefs and user stories with acceptance criteria for engineering.
• Own end-to-end UX flows from journey maps and wireframes to Figma prototypes.
• Design with systems thinking: maintain and evolve component library and design tokens.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate quickly based on real signal.
• Build functional POCs using AI-assisted tools to test ideas before full dev investment.
• Run fast experiments shipping rough to refine, not waiting for perfect.
• Prioritize ruthlessly: what to build now, what to park, what to kill.
• Present work to C-level and commercial stakeholders with clear rationale.
• Contribute to sprint planning and roadmap discussions with engineering leads.
• Document product decisions and design rationale for async teams.
