Launchmetrics is seeking an Associate Product Builder with a Design craft to shape Discover, the Brand Performance Cloud. You’ll own small end-to-end missions within a pod, working on interfaces that turn data into usable visuals and insights for fashion and beauty brands.

You’ll collaborate with engineers and stakeholders, apply user-centered design, and grow through senior mentorship in a fast-paced, international team with AI-enabled features at the core.

Formación

• Design fundamentals and user-centered design principles.
• Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Lovable) to create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
• Strong discovery instinct: start from the problem and talk to users.
• Business sense: understand branding data and fashion/luxury context.
• Self-sufficient across crafts to keep a pod moving independently.
• Clear, trusted communication with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluent English; international team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end discovery missions for Discover within the pod.
• Design features with guidance from Senior or Principal Builder.
• Conduct user interviews, surveys and usage analysis to inform design decisions.
• Define metrics and KPIs for adoption and performance of built features.
• Collaborate with engineers, stakeholders and leadership using clear communication.
• Contribute to shared tooling and design system improvements.
