Axpo Iberia is seeking a curious, hands-on UI/UX designer to lead impactful work from discovery to delivery in Madrid. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, researchers, and stakeholders to craft user-centered solutions across complex ecosystems.

You will conduct user research, translate insights into flows and interfaces, and contribute to our design system. A strong portfolio and energy-market experience are highly valued.

Formación

• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, including 3+ years on complex products or commercial apps.
• A college degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, HCI, UX, Interaction Design, or equivalent.
• Experience tackling complex design problems and driving end-to-end design from discovery to delivery.
• Strong attention to detail and a collaborative, self-directed working style.
• A portfolio with examples of problem solving in complex ecosystems.
• Bonus: experience designing for energy markets, trading systems, or complex prototypes.

What you bring & who you are:

• A college degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or equivalent professional experience

• Experience tackling complex design problems and driving design work end-to-end, from discovery through delivery

• Strong attention to detail, and a collaborative, self-directed way of working

• A portfolio of work with examples of creative problem solving and clear thinking, especially within complex ecosystems

• Bonus: Experience designing for energy markets, trading systems, and/or building complex prototypes
