Huspy is hiring a Product Designer to lead the look and feel of our products from concept to implementation. You will own the end-to-end user experience, collaborating closely with engineers and product managers to ship high-impact features.

You’ll continuously refine designs based on user research and analytics. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in UX/UI design across web, apps, e-commerce, and dashboards, with a strong portfolio and pixel-perfect UI skills.

Formación

• 4+ Years of UX/UI design experience for web, apps, dashboards, and B2B/B2C products.
• Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate based on feedback.
• Strong portfolio showing design excellence across projects.
• Pixel-perfect UI design with strong typography and layout.
• Branding experience to reinforce product identity.
• Experience with design systems and cross‑platform consistency.
• Solid project management to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Customer-obsessed mindset delivering wow moments at touchpoints.

Responsabilidades

• Own the End-to-End UX from ideation to implementation, ensuring a cohesive user experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering Managers and Product Managers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and contextual studies to inform decisions.
• Deliver valuable features with a fast, high-impact ship mindset.
• Post-launch, measure impact via user feedback and analytics to drive improvements.
• Align design choices with business goals and clearly communicate value.
