Huspy is building a global real estate platform and seeks a proactive Product Ops professional to support the Product team during rapid growth. You will define and execute a high-impact roadmap aligned with company goals and build scalable processes that improve efficiency.

Identify product, operational, and growth opportunities, pursue features to enhance the customer journey, and manage vendor relationships with data-driven performance tracking to drive continuous improvement.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
• A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end.
• The skill to break complex problems into smaller ones.
• To enjoy working with data.
• An interest in the real estate industry.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Product Teams to define and execute on a high-impact roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Build and optimize scalable processes that support Huspy’s hyper-growth and operational efficiency.
• Identify key product, operational, and growth opportunities to drive innovation and improvement.
• Search for new features and improvements to enhance the customer experience and ensure seamless product journeys.
• Manage critical vendor relationships and develop performance tracking systems to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
