Huspy is seeking a proactive Product Ops professional to join our team. This role supports the Product team, drives impactful initiatives during rapid growth, and ensures customers have the best possible experience.

You will collaborate with Product teams to define and execute a high-impact roadmap aligned with company goals. Build and optimize scalable processes that support Huspy’s hyper-growth and operational efficiency, identify opportunities to drive innovation, and manage vendor

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
• A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end
• The skill to break complex problems into smaller ones
• To enjoy working with data
• An interest in the real estate industry

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Product Teams to define and execute on a high-impact roadmap aligned with company goals.

• Identify key product, operational, and growth opportunities to drive innovation and improvement.
• Search for new features and improvements to enhance the customer experience and ensure seamless product journeys.
• Manage critical vendor relationships and develop performance tracking systems to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
