Job summary

Miravia, based in Madrid, seeks a Senior Manager, Product & Content Compliance to safeguard listings and user-generated content while balancing growth with evolving legal mandates. You will drive policy development, automate detection, and lead a cross-functional team across Legal, Product, and Engineering to enforce compliance for EU markets.

The role requires 4+ years in compliance, a Bachelor’s degree, and fluency in English; Spanish is a strong plus.

Qualifications

4+ years in compliance, trust & safety, or risk management in e-commerce or tech.
Strong understanding of EU e-commerce regulations (GPSR, DSA, etc.).
Experience building policies, leading teams, and optimizing workflows.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); Spanish is a strong plus.
Problem-solving skills to navigate complex compliance challenges with a business focus.
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute product and content compliance strategy and SOPs.
Lead detection, review, and action on prohibited/illegal product listings.
Create and enforce seller policies aligned with EU regulations.
Design smart detection rules for high-risk items and ensure scalable accuracy.
Oversee manual reviews of listings, appeals, and seller reports.
Collaborate with Legal, Product, and Engineering to implement new requirements.
Monitor and moderate prohibited UGC in line with laws and guidelines.
Establish content policies and moderation workflows balancing safety and user expression.
Build detection systems for harmful content while reducing false positives.
Lead cross-functional compliance projects and report to senior leadership.
