Job summary

Revolution Medicines, Inc. is seeking an experienced Compliance Leader for Spain and Portugal to support the launch of new therapies and rapid business growth. This role partners with Commercial, Medical, Legal and HR leadership to embed appropriate compliance controls across operations.

The ideal candidate has a 10+ year track record in in-house pharma compliance, deep knowledge of European regulations, and strong communication skills to guide cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10 years’ relevant experience in-house pharmaceutical compliance.
• Proven ability to lead with minimal supervision while coordinating a wide range of stakeholders.
• Extensive experience with development, approval and commercialization of pharmaceutical products in Europe.
• Knowledge of Spanish anti-corruption and healthcare laws and industry codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Healthcare Compliance Program development in Spain and Portugal aligned with global strategy.
• Advise local Commercial and Medical teams on risk-based compliance guidance.
• Collaborate to adapt global initiatives for Spain and regulatory contexts.
• Oversee interactions with HCPs/HCOs and governance of promotional materials.
• Monitor regulatory developments in Spain and assess operational impact.
• Draft and update compliance policies, procedures and training materials.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive compliance training for employees.
• Foster a culture of integrity across the organization.
