Enverus in Madrid, Spain is seeking a mid-level Compliance Associate to join our legal and compliance team. The role focuses on GDPR and EU data protection, plus AI governance requirements including the EU AI Act.

Based in Spain, you will collaborate with EU and US colleagues to support our growing compliance program. You will manage certifications, DPIAs, ROPAs, DSARs, policy updates, and training records.

Formación

• 2–3 years of privacy/compliance experience.
• Bachelor's degree; familiarity with GDPR and EU AI Act, or strong interest in AI governance.
• Based in Madrid, fluency in English; ability to work with EU and US colleagues across time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in GDPR data processing responsibilities and DPIAs.
• Support AI governance program and EU AI Act compliance.
• Respond to DSARs and coordinate with business units.
• Maintain records of processing activities and compliance docs.
• Help update policies and training on data protection.
