SanLucar Fruit seeks a Brand Manager to strengthen the premium brand presence and connect consumers with products through inspiring marketing initiatives. You will help execute the global brand strategy, transforming ideas into campaigns across channels and markets.

You will collaborate with international teams, Sales, Product and Packaging to ensure a consistent brand experience while supporting product growth. Expect a dynamic, diverse environment with opportunities for impact.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the global brand strategy with marketing plans for products and campaigns.
• Create and coordinate integrated campaigns across packaging, POS, digital and social media.
• Analyze market trends and performance to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Packaging and international teams on campaigns and launches.
• Develop engaging marketing materials and assets to strengthen brand awareness.
• Monitor campaigns, measure results and translate insights into actions.
• Manage assigned budgets efficiently while upholding premium standards.

At SanLucar, we are looking for a Brand Manager who will help strengthen our premium brand presence and connect consumers with our products through inspiring marketing initiatives.
In this role, you will contribute to the execution of our global brand strategy, transforming ideas into compelling campaigns and marketing activities across different channels and markets. You will work closely with international teams, Sales, Product and Packaging experts to ensure a consistent and engaging brand experience while supporting product growth and innovation.

Your passion – our daily business

• You will support the execution of SanLucar’s global brand strategy by developing and implementing marketing plans for assigned products and campaigns.
• You will create and coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across packaging, point of sale, digital channels and social media, ensuring a consistent premium brand experience.
• You will analyse market trends, consumer insights and business performance to identify opportunities and support data-driven decision-making.
• You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Packaging and international teams to successfully deliver marketing initiatives and product launches.
• You will develop engaging marketing materials and communication assets that strengthen brand awareness and consumer engagement.
• You will monitor campaign performance, measure results and translate insights into actions that drive continuous improvement.
• You will manage assigned budgets efficiently, ensuring cost-effective execution while maintaining SanLucar’s premium quality standards.
