Job summary

SanLucar is seeking an Indirect Material & Services Buyer in Spain to combine procurement, supplier management and project coordination to create real impact across the business. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, economics, business, or related field.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; German or another language is a plus.
• Around 5–6 years of overall professional development, including 2–3 years in industrial purchasing, CAPEX, or investment-related roles.

• Identify, assess and develop suppliers and external partners considering quality, pricing, lead times and compliance.
• Negotiate purchasing conditions and agreements, building strong supplier relationships.
• Manage procurement activities end-to-end, monitor deliveries, invoicing and supplier performance.
• Analyze market trends and supplier dynamics to drive savings and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand needs and provide supplier recommendations.
• Coordinate selected outsourcing and development projects across multiple phases.

You will combine procurement, supplier management and project coordination to create real impact across the business. You’ll source and develop the right external partners, negotiate competitive conditions and identify opportunities to improve costs, quality and processes.

Beyond purchasing, you’ll also have the opportunity to coordinate outsourcing and development projects together with external partners, from the initial idea through Implementation, working closely with different teams across SanLucar.

Your passion – our daily business

• You will identify, assess and develop suppliers and external partners, considering quality, pricing, lead times, capabilities and compliance.
• You will negotiate purchasing conditions and agreements, building strong, long-term supplier relationships.
• You will manage procurement activities end-to-end, monitoring deliveries, invoicing and supplier performance, while resolving issues together with internal stakeholders.
• You will analyze market trends, supplier dynamics and purchasing opportunities to drive savings, cost avoidance and continuous improvement.
• You will collaborate closely with internal teams to understand their needs and provide recommendations on suppliers and purchasing opportunities.
• You will help develop and improve procurement processes, contributing to a more efficient and effective purchasing function.
• You will coordinate selected outsourcing and development projects, managing different project phases, timelines, costs and external partners.
• You will work cross-functionally to solve problems, make decisions and ensure projects move successfully from concept to implementation.

Requirements:

What You’ll Bring Along

• You have studies in Engineering, Economics, Business, or related fields.
• You are fluent in Spanish and English; German or another third language is a plus and highly valued.
• You have around 5–6 years of overall professional development, including 2–3 years specifically in industrial purchasing, CAPEX, or investment-related
• Fruit & Vegetable knowledge is a plus.
