Joppy, a technology recruitment platform built for developers by developers, seeks a Product AI Engineer to craft AI-native product experiences with end-to-end ownership. You will help define specifications, craft AI Skills, and evaluate AI outputs, grounding responses with up-to-date data while keeping humans in control of critical decisions.

You will collaborate with Product and Design to embed AI into core UX, mentor peers, and share best practices in a fast-moving, multicultural environment.

Formación

• Proven track record shipping AI-powered features in product teams.
• Experience building AI-powered workflows with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and fast iteration.
• Familiarity with product-led growth and customer feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Define specifications before shipping using Spec Driven Development.
• Design and implement AI Skills to automate actions.
• Develop and maintain evaluation frameworks for AI outputs.
• Apply Retrieval-Augmented Generation with up-to-date data.
• Design human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Own systems end-to-end from problem definition to production.
• Stay close to customers via calls and feedback sessions.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to embed AI into core UX.
• Share knowledge and raise the bar with best practices.
