Job summary

Glovo is seeking a skilled Legal Counsel, Privacy to join the Global Delivery Hero Data Protection Team in Madrid. The role focuses on privacy compliance across the business, guiding product and operations while aligning with EU data protection laws.

You will counsel internal stakeholders on privacy programs, lead DPIAs, support marketing compliance, and monitor AI governance developments to ensure responsible use of data and regulatory adherence globally.

Qualifications

• Educational background in law with privacy focus.
• Experience advising tech or data-driven businesses on privacy across jurisdictions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, risk-based privacy advice to the business on new products and changes.
• Support rider privacy matters and algorithmic management compliance.
• Perform and support data protection impact assessments.
• Partner with marketing on regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
• Develop, implement, and maintain global privacy policies and procedures.
• Manage investigations with data protection authorities and mitigation planning.
• Monitor AI governance developments and ensure responsible AI use.
