Job summary

Delivery Hero (Glovo) in Barcelona is seeking a Junior Privacy Counsel to join the Global Delivery Hero Data Protection Team. You will counsel internal stakeholders on privacy compliance, support privacy programs, and help document data processing activities across the business.

You’ll work with GDPR frameworks, draft DPAs, conduct DPIAs, and assist in AI governance initiatives while coordinating with teams across the globe to mitigate privacy risks.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in data protection/privacy or related areas with GDPR knowledge.
• Educational background in law, at least a bachelor's or comparable degree.
• Certified expertise in EU privacy laws (IAPP CIPP/E, CIPM, TÜV DPO etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent English language skills. Polish, Spanish or German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on data protection matters under GDPR.
• Draft and negotiate DPAs and intra-group data transfer agreements; conduct privacy due diligence for onboarding third-party service providers.
• Support data mapping and documentation of data processing activities; perform DPIAs where required.
• Develop and maintain global privacy policies, notices, and internal procedures.
• Support investigations or proceedings with data protection authorities and monitor AI governance developments.
